The Institute for Experiential Education offers a series of Experiential Education Trainer Workshops.  Presented at conferences such as the Association for Experiential Education (AEE), National Society of Experiential Education (NSEE), Association of Challenge Course Technology (ACCT), Teachers of Experiential and Adventure Methodology (TEAM), and High5, these workshops now are available directly to organizations seeking leadership training.

The Institute for Experiential is unique in that specializes in the 'soft' skills of experiential education.  For organization staffs already trained in the technical side of group initiatives, ropes courses, and/or outdoor skills, IEE provides training in processing and "The Leader Who is Hardly Known."*
